The show's creator Greg Garcia confirmed the news in a post on his Twitter page.
"Looking forward to having Greyson Chance on a few episodes of Raising Hope next season," he wrote.
Chance is expected to play Jimmy (Lucas Neff) as a 13-year-old in three instalments of the comedy, Give Me My Remotereports.
Chance shot to fame last year when Lady GaGa spotted him performing her song 'Paparazzi' on YouTube. He later signed a record deal with Ellen DeGeneres's label eleveneleven.
Raising Hope will return for its second season on September 20 on Fox.
