Anthony, 25, faces seven counts, including first-degree murder, in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were discovered in a wooded field in December 2008. Anthony's defense team asserts that Caylee accidentally drowned in a pool in June 2008 at the home that Anthony shared with her parents. If convicted, she could face the death penalty.
The trial that has riveted viewers locally, as well as throughout the nation, is expected to end Sunday. Jurors have heard from more than 100 witnesses; have heard testimony about affairs and computer searches for chloroform; and have seen gruesome photos of a toddler's remains.
