aku ada 1 resipi nak share dengan siapa2 yg tengok blog aku nih..

nama resepi KEK COKLAT KUKUS..

mudah je nak buat kek nih...

BAHAN A

2 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1 sudu the baking power
( Ayak semua bahan diatas )


BAHAN B

2 cawan gula pasir
2 sudu besar Nescafe
1 sudu teh garam
1 1/3 cawan air panas
( Bancuh semua bahan sampai gula larut )


BAHAN C

4 biji telur
1 sudu besar susu pekat manis
1 cawam minyak masak


CARA

1. Pukul telur sampai kembang ( tidak perlu guna mixer )
2. Masukkan susu pekat manis dan minyak – kacau rata.
3. Campurkan bahan A dan B berselang-seli sehingga habis.
4. Alas loyang dengan plastic ( bawah sahaja )
5. Kukus selama 45 minit. ( Panaskan pengukus terlebih dahulu )







TOPPING

250gm cooking chocolate ( bar )
80ml susu cair ( tin )

1. Potong kecil cooking choclate.
2. Panaskan dalam microwave – medium selama 2 minit ( cair )
3. Keluarkan dari microwave – kacau dengan sudu
4. Masukkan susu cair – kacau hingga sebati
5. panaskan semula dalam microwave selama 30 saat hingga 1 minit,sehingga nampak cantikl
berminyak
6. sapukan kertas kek yang telah sejuk



p/s : Gunakan sudu kecil KFC untuk menyukat soda bikarbonat & garam.
